Emphasizing the importance of maintaining a positive attitude, patience, and respect for other drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists.

Student Driver Expectations:
At Safe Start Driving School, we have clear expectations for student drivers to ensure a safe and focused learning environment:
Obtaining a Permit:
Students are expected to have a valid learner’s permit before participating in behind-the-wheel training.
Shoes
For safety reasons, students must wear closed-toed shoes during driving lessons to provide adequate foot protection.
Phones Off and Placed in Designated Location
To minimize distractions, students are required to turn off their phones and store them in a designated location provided by the instructor.
Water Only:
Only water is allowed in the vehicle to prevent spills and distractions.
Sunglasses Highly Suggested
While not mandatory, wearing sunglasses is highly suggested to reduce glare and ensure clear visibility during driving lessons, especially in bright sunlight.
Only Safe Start Driving Students Allowed in Car
To maintain a focused learning environment and ensure the safety of all occupants, only registered Safe Start Driving students are permitted in the vehicle during lessons.
By adhering to these expectations, students can maximize their learning experience and develop the skills necessary to become safe and confident drivers.
